Step-in-Time
The most wonderful aspect of painting Longhorns is the fact that you almost get a déjà vu feeling when you become so familiar with these beautiful bovine that you swear you have seen “this one” before. However, through my travels, I met this lovely Longhorn steer while in Virginia, even though I have seen his look-alikes in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. I love the markings on this steer and his “clones.” It is always such a pleasure to have a Longhorn reach out and say, “paint me.”
