Lasting Impression
This stunning Texas Longhorn steer and I crossed paths on a Longhorn ranch in northern Virginia. He is truly a classy guy. His horns, tip-to-tip, are exquisitely symmetrical. In studying this beautiful steer for a prospective painting, I honestly thought I was in the presence of royalty, at least among bovine. I think that is why he left a lasting impression with me.
